Over three years, I led the establishment and management of a hardware startup, working closely with a skilled team of 8 to oversee all aspects of product development, production, and supply chain management.
In this role, I crafted strategic roadmaps, prioritized features, and aligned objectives with the development team using Agile methodologies. From product ideation to market launch, we coordinated every phase, achieving three successful product launches and generating $24.6 million in revenue.
Draper University
During my time at Draper University, I was part of the Draper Team running startup acceleration programs under the mentorship of Silicon Valley icon Tim Draper, renowned for his involvement in Tesla, Twitter, SpaceX, Skype, and Twitch. I managed three startup acceleration programs, collaborating with 250 entrepreneurs from 21 countries to cultivate an environment primed for innovation.
My focus was on building core entrepreneurial skills such as MVP development, product launches, and team leadership. Additionally, I organized interview sessions with Silicon Valley professionals, providing participants with valuable industry insights.
